Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- eggs, boiled - 3 item
- can English peas - 1 item
- large fryer, cooked and boned - 1 item
How to make chicken pie:
Place chicken in pan. Slice eggs over chicken. Pour peas over eggs. Blend soup and broth until creamy. Pour over chicken, eggs, peas, salt and pepper to taste. Blend flour, milk and melted margarine and pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
