Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. nuts1 tsp. cinnamon Blend oleo and sugar well; add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add all together; mix well. Add 1/2 of batter into a well-greased tube pan. Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of mixture and add other half on top.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
