Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all together. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes in 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
