- frozen bread roll - 1 (1
- egg - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- pepperoni - 1/2 lb
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
How to make pepperoni loaf:
Let bread thaw and rise. Cut in half. Mix egg and cheese. Roll out each half. Spread half of egg mixture onto dough. Lay out pepperoni and 1/2 of cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Roll dough up jelly roll style. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.Be creative and use Italian sausage instead of pepperoni or use both. Serve with your favorite sauce!
