- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
How to make jewish coffee cake:
Topping:1 c. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. nuts Mix together butter, sugar, eggs and sour cream with electric beater until very creamy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add vanilla. Pour half of batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle half of topping over batter. Add remaining batter and then topping. Cut through batter with a knife as for marble cake.
