  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar
  • margarine or butter - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. flour2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. nuts2 Tbsp. melted butter Cream together the shortening, eggs, sugar and sour cream. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Put half of batter in tube pan and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
