Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. nuts Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift and add dry ingredients. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until smooth. Mix topping. Use greased tube pan and put half of batter in tube pan. Sprinkle half of topping on batter. Repeat with remaining batter and topping.
