Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cooked shrimp - 1/2 lb
- chopped green peppers - 1 c
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- stewed tomatoes - 1 pt
- chopped garlic cloves - 1/2 c
How to make shrimp creole:
Brown onion, pepper and garlic in butter. Let simmer until pepper is tender. Add tomatoes and seasonings; boil 10 minutes longer. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
