  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • green onions, chopped - 2 item
  • Wesson oil
  • fresh catfish or bass fillets, cut up the fish into 4 portions each - 2 lb

How to make barbecued fish:

Sauce:1/2 c. Wesson oil2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. salt and pepper2 green onions, chopped Mix well. Set fish on well-greased wire basket or well-greased foil and brush them good with sauce. Grill fish over medium hot coals for about 8 minutes. Brush with sauce again. Turn and brush for second time. Grill until they are flaked easily when tested with fork for 8 minutes more.
