Ingredients/Components
- raw shrimp, cleaned - 1 lb
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- chopped green peppers - 1 c
- chopped garlic clove - 1/2 item
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- stewed tomatoes - 1 pt
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cooked hot rice - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Mix vegetables and seasonings and saute in margarine until pepper is tender. Add tomatoes. Boil 5 minutes. Add shrimp. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with hot rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
