Shrimp creole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- steamed rice - 1 item
- large can shrimp, cleaned - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Melt butter in frypan or Dutch oven. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Cook until tender. Add tomato soup. Cook 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
