Ingredients/Components
- clams, chopped - 2 c
- clam liquor - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- minced green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- drops Tabasco - 3 item
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
How to make deviled clams:
Cook onion, green pepper and celery in butter until tender. Mix with clams and remaining ingredients. Fill greased ramekins or scallop shells and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or microwave until hot. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Clams.
