Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and shredded - 6 item
- chopped green onions green part only - 1/3 c
How to make company potatoes:
Heat soup and butter until melted. Stir in sour cream and pour over potatoes. Add green onions and stir in cheese. Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to heat.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
