Creamy potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- finely chopped green onion - 2 Tbsp
- finely snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- servings instant mashed potatoes - 6 item
- carton whipped cream cheese - 1 oz
How to make creamy potato bake:
Prepare instant mashed potatoes using package directions, omitting the butter. Add cream cheese and beat well. Stir in beaten egg, green onion and snipped parsley. Blend well. Transfer to a well greased 1 quart baking dish. Dot with 1 tablespoon of butter. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
