Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheddar cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lbs
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix first 8 ingredients. Place in a greased casserole dish. Mix corn flakes and margarine. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
