Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- fine cracker crumbs - 2 c
- oysters - 1 pt
- can condensed chicken gumbo soup - 1 item
How to make scalloped oysters:
Drain and reserve liquid from oysters. Place one layer of oysters in large baking dish; season to taste and cover with layer of crumbs and half of soup mixture. Repeat layers. Dot with margarine and bake at 350° until edges of oysters curl and top is browned. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Scallops, Casseroles.
