- salt - 1 item
- soy sauce - 2 3
- boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - 2 item
- small can pineapple slices - 1 item
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Put chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Drain juice from pineapple, reserving the juice. Add soy sauce and sugar to the juice. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325° about 45 minutes, basting several times.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
