Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- seasoned bread crumbs - 2 c
- sliced cooked mushrooms - 2 c
How to make scalloped mushrooms:
Make a cream sauce by adding 2 tablespoons flour to the melted butter. Add cream and sour cream. Blend with mushrooms, cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings and onion.Pour into a greased casserole. Sprinkle with more cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350° until set, about 30 minutes.
