- butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- sifted flour - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped fresh parsley - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- large potatoes - 6 item
How to make golden parmesan potatoes:
Pare potatoes; cut into quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in the bag, coating the potatoes well with the cheese mixture. Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Place potatoes inRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
