Potato casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• butter - 3 Tbsp
• melted butter - 1/4 c
• paprika - 1 item
• pepper - 1 tsp
• parsley flakes - 1/3 c
• finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
• to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item
• grated sharp cheese - 2 c

How to make potato casserole:

Boil and cube potatoes (with or without jackets). Mix the sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Add butter and cheese. Turn into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered or Pam sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Can prepare in advance and refrigerate until baking time.
