Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1/3 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
- to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Boil and cube potatoes (with or without jackets). Mix the sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Add butter and cheese. Turn into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered or Pam sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Can prepare in advance and refrigerate until baking time.
