Ingredients/Components
- scallops small ones or cut in half, if large - 1 lb
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 6 crushed crackers - 4 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make scallop bake:
Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Stir in scallops, parsley, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Put in shallow casserole and top with Parmesan cheese (enough to cover top). Bake at 350° for 25 minutes (15 minutes covered, 10 minutes uncovered).Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Scallops, Shellfish.
