Crunchy tuna salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- diced pimiento - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1 c
- thinly sliced celery - 1 c
- lettuce - 1 item
- can French fried onion rings - 1 oz
- cans tuna, flaked - 2 oz
How to make crunchy tuna salad:
Combine all ingredients, except onion rings. Mix to blend. Chill. Before serving, fold in onion rings. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. Makes about 2 cups.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Tuna.
