Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 1-1/2 c
- extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- ground sausage, hot or mild - 1 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Combine sausage and cheese in bowl, add Bisquick small amount at a time and mix with hands. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Appetizers, High calcium, High in....
