Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1-1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 Tbsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
  • shredded cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • pimento, chopped - 1 Tbsp
  • pecans, finely chopped - 1 item
  • dash salt - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon and salt. Mix well. Chill and shape into ball. Roll in pecans and serve with crackers.
