  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pecan halves - 6 c

How to make roasted pecans:

Melt oil and butter in large cookie sheet with sides to prevent mixture from running out. Spread pecans over tray, stirring to coat with mixture. Bake at 250° for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt, stirring to distribute salt evenly.
