- salt - 1 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pecan halves - 6 c
How to make roasted pecans:
Melt oil and butter in large cookie sheet with sides to prevent mixture from running out. Spread pecans over tray, stirring to coat with mixture. Bake at 250° for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
