Zucchini pie

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• Bisquick
• oregano - 1 tsp
• large chopped onion - 1 item
• red or black pepper - 1/2 tsp
• clove finely chopped garlic - 1 item
• Locatelli cheese
• or more zucchini, peeled and sliced - 4 c
• or 5 eggs depending upon size - 4 item
• each basil and parsley - 1 tsp

How to make zucchini pie:

Mix everything well in a large bowl. Pour into a greased glass lasagna pan. Cover with foil. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°. Uncover and let brown a little, about another 15 minutes.
