Zucchini pie
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- Bisquick
- oregano - 1 tsp
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- red or black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- clove finely chopped garlic - 1 item
- Locatelli cheese
- or more zucchini, peeled and sliced - 4 c
- or 5 eggs depending upon size - 4 item
- each basil and parsley - 1 tsp
How to make zucchini pie:
Mix everything well in a large bowl. Pour into a greased glass lasagna pan. Cover with foil. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°. Uncover and let brown a little, about another 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
