Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- pork sausage - 3 lb
- flour to thicken - 1 item
- dash of mustard - 1 item
- sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and chopped - 2 qt
- dash of bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut balls:
Mix all ingredients, except eggs, and cook. Let cool. Roll into balls. Dip in eggs and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry until brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pork.
