Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
  • pork sausage - 3 lb
  • flour to thicken - 1 item
  • dash of mustard - 1 item
  • sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and chopped - 2 qt
  • dash of bread crumbs - 1 item

How to make sauerkraut balls:

Mix all ingredients, except eggs, and cook. Let cool. Roll into balls. Dip in eggs and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry until brown.
