Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- can frozen orange juice concentrate - 1/2 oz
- apple wedges, firm banana slices, fresh pear spears or toast triangles - 1 item
How to make peanut butter spread:
Let juice stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. In bowl, mix peanut butter and sour cream. Stir in juice until smooth. Serve with fruit or toast. Makes 2 1/4 cups.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Low sodium.
