Ingredients/Components
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 3/4
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef or sausage - 3/4 lb
- can refrigerated biscuits - 1 oz
- small can pizza sauce - 1 item
How to make pizza cups:
Brown and drain beef or sausage. Stir in pizza sauce. Cook over low heat until mixture is warmed through.Grease muffin tins with shortening. Place biscuits in muffin tins, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 12 pizza cups.
