  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • finely chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • poppy seed - 1 Tbsp
  • snipped parsley - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • sweet pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
  • jar diced pimento, drained - 1 oz
  • slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled - 10 item
  • assorted crackers - 1 item
  • shredded Swiss cheese 8 oz - 2 c

How to make cheese ball with everything:

Bring cheeses to room temperature. In a large mixer bowl beat together cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy. Beat in Swiss and Cheddar cheeses, half the bacon, onion, half of the pecans, pimento, pickle relish, salt and pepper until combined. Cover and chill for several hours or until firm.

In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining bacon, remaining pecans, parsley and poppy seed. Shape cheese mixture into a ball, then roll in bacon mixture. Wrap tightly and chill. Let cheese ball stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
