Shrimp casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- melted butter - 1/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- shrimp - 1 1
- 16 oz - 1 pt
- to 7 slices bread - 6 item
- cheese at least half Cheddar - 1/2 lb
How to make shrimp casserole:
Cut crusts off bread and cut into small cubes. Cut cheese into bite size pieces. Place 1/3 of shrimp in casserole. Top with 1/3 of bread cubes and 1/3 of cheese cubes. Repeat 2 more times. Pour butter over all. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Beat well. Pour over all. Cover and stand overnight or 3 hours.
