  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • fine bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • onion - 1/4 c
  • sausage - 1/2 lb
  • minced kraut - 1 14
  • additional fine bread crumbs - 1 item

How to make sauerkraut balls:

Brown sausage and add onion. Add remaining ingredients except eggs & milk. Chill mixture. Roll in 3/4 inch balls. Dip in flour, then egg and milk mixture, then roll in additional bread crumbs. Deep fry. Drain and cool. May be frozen.
