Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- fine bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- onion - 1/4 c
- sausage - 1/2 lb
- minced kraut - 1 14
- additional fine bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut balls:
Brown sausage and add onion. Add remaining ingredients except eggs & milk. Chill mixture. Roll in 3/4 inch balls. Dip in flour, then egg and milk mixture, then roll in additional bread crumbs. Deep fry. Drain and cool. May be frozen.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pork.
