Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 5 6
- sticks butter or margarine - 2 item
- lite Karo syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
In a large saucepan, bring butter, brown sugar and Karo syrup to a low boil. Add baking soda, salt and vanilla. Continue on low boil for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
