Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dried dill weed - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- fine bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- Miracle Whip - 1/2 c
- flaked salmon - 2 c
- celery soup, undiluted - 1 c
- seeded, finely chopped cucumber - 4 Tbsp
- Add salmon gently last
How to make salmon loaf supreme:
Mix well all ingredients except salmon. Add salmon gently last. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Loosen carefully from pan and place on platter.Sauce (Optional):1 c. sour cream1/2 c. mayonnaise1 tsp. dried dill weed4 Tbsp. seeded, finely chopped cucumber1/4 tsp. salt Sauce: Mix and chill.
