Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
- stuffing mix - 1/2 c
- salmon - 1 can
How to make salmon loaf:
Empty salmon with liquid into a bowl; pick out and discard apparent bones. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with a fork until mixture is firm enough to form into a loaf. Place in a small loaf pan or pie pan. Bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes. Serve from the baking dish. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
