Ingredients/Components
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- to 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 item
- swordfish, salmon or sea bass - 1 item
- crushed oregano leaf - 1 tsp
How to make grilled fish:
Marinade:1/4 c. olive oil1/4 c. dry white wine1 tsp. crushed oregano leaf1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced juice of 1 lemon Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over fish and let marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Cook in fish basket for grill for 2 minutes before flipping. Baste. Cook two minutes longer and flip again. Flip and baste fish every 2 minutes. Cook until fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Freshwater fish.
