Fish cakes
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onions - 3/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- mashed potatoes - 1 c
- cans salmon, tuna or other fish - 2 1/2
- large egg white I use whole egg - 1 item
How to make fish cakes:
Mix all ingredients. Shape in patties. Fry in any type oil about 3 minutes on each side. Serves 6. Can half the recipe.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
