Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped onions - 3/4 c
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • mashed potatoes - 1 c
  • cans salmon, tuna or other fish - 2 1/2
  • large egg white I use whole egg - 1 item

How to make fish cakes:

Mix all ingredients. Shape in patties. Fry in any type oil about 3 minutes on each side. Serves 6. Can half the recipe.
