Chicken enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- can diced mild green chilies - 1 oz
- cooked chicken 6 breasts - 3 lb
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Tear tortillas into pieces. Layer 1/2 of tortillas on bottom of baking dish. Layer 1/2 of chicken on top of tortillas. Mix soups, chilies and chicken broth. Pour 1/2 mixture over chicken in pan. Layer tortillas, chicken, cheese and soup mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
