Tuna fish casserole
Ingredients/Components
- medium white sauce
- chili powder - 3 tsp
- cream - 3 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cooked noodles - 2 c
- chopped parsley or flakes - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tuna - 1 1/2
- butter or margarine
- milk
- flour - 3 Tbsp
How to make tuna fish casserole:
White Sauce:3 Tbsp. butter or margarine1 1/2 c. milk3 Tbsp. flour Prepare white sauce by melting butter and adding flour to it, stirring thoroughly. Slowly mix in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and boils. To finished white sauce, add chili powder and cream. Mix well. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
