Roast beef and gravy
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- chuck roast - 1 item
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make roast beef and gravy:
Cover the bottom of baking pan with foil. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic. Place in pan with dry soup mix around. Add soup and cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes per pound or until done. If more gravy is desired, double sugar, dry soup mix and cream of chicken soup. Gravy is delicious!Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Roast beef.
