- sugar - 1 c
- plain flour - 6 Tbsp
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 c
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- sharp cheese - 2 c
- cans chunk pineapple - 2 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain the pineapple and save 6 tablespoons of juice. Combine with sugar and flour. Add cheese, pineapple and melted butter. Top with crackers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
