Ingredients/Components
- all meat stew beef or round steak, cut into bite-size pieces - 2 lb
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
- cans sliced mushrooms - 2 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
How to make no peek beef casserole:
Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish and cover tightly. Bake in a 300° oven for 3 hours. No not peek. Serve over noodles or yellow rice. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Stew.
