Ingredients/Components

  • Salt to taste - 1 item
  • each garlic and ginger paste - 2 tsp
  • cup vinegar - 1/2 item
  • beef roast - 3 lb
  • cup lemon juice - 1/2 item
  • cup soy sauce - 1/4 item
  • cup yogurt - 1 item

How to make roast beef:

Wash meat and dry thoroughly using paper towels. Pierce the meat and make a few gashes with a knife. Marinate with all the ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Place the meat in a pressure cooker or a pot with a tight-fitting lid and add 2 cups of water. Cook over medium-low heat until meat is tender and the water has dried up.

Cut into slices and serve with ketchup and fries.
