Ingredients/Components
- Salt to taste - 1 item
- each garlic and ginger paste - 2 tsp
- cup vinegar - 1/2 item
- beef roast - 3 lb
- cup lemon juice - 1/2 item
- cup soy sauce - 1/4 item
- cup yogurt - 1 item
How to make roast beef:
Wash meat and dry thoroughly using paper towels. Pierce the meat and make a few gashes with a knife. Marinate with all the ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hours.Place the meat in a pressure cooker or a pot with a tight-fitting lid and add 2 cups of water. Cook over medium-low heat until meat is tender and the water has dried up.
Cut into slices and serve with ketchup and fries.
