  • pork ribs - 2 lb
  • dried minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • onion powder - 1 Tbsp
  • thyme - 4 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • allspice - 2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 2 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp

How to make jamaican jerk ribs:

Mix all spices together and rub all surfaces of ribs. Grill or roast in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
