- pork ribs - 2 lb
- dried minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- onion powder - 1 Tbsp
- thyme - 4 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- allspice - 2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 2 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
How to make jamaican jerk ribs:
