Company beef casserole

Ingredients/Components

• ground beef or more - 1 lb
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• chopped green pepper - 1 item
• can tomatoes - 1 item
• ketchup - 1 Tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
• macaroni - 5 oz
• can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
• salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
• grated cheese - 1 item

How to make company beef casserole:

Mix all ingredients, except macaroni, cheese and mushroom soup and simmer for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, cook macaroni and put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Spread soup over macaroni, then add meat mixture. Stir all together. Top with grated cheese and bake 30 minutes at 325°. Meat mixture can be made ahead of time and frozen.
