Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- brown sugar
- oil - 2/3 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- sour milk - 1 c
- finely cut rhubarb - 2 c
- Stir in eggs, milk and vanilla
How to make rhubarb bread:
Combine sugar and oil. Stir in eggs, milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix. Pour into greased loaf pan.Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. melted butter Mix together and sprinkle on loaf and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Weeknight.
