  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • water - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • applesauce - 1 c
  • raisins, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • small Jell-O instant pudding - 1 item

How to make applesauce loaf cake:

Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat with mixer on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
