Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 pt
- pkg - 10 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan
- melted butter - 1/2 c
How to make potluck potatoes:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.Sprinkle On Top Of Mixture (Optional):2 c. corn flake crumbs1/2 c. melted butter Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
