Scalloped potatoes with ham
Ingredients/Components
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- pared, thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- cooked, cubed ham
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make scalloped potatoes with ham:
Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, ham and soup mixture in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, in a 325° oven for 1 hour, then uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
