Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup - 1 item
- bag frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs - 2 c
How to make potluck potatoes:
Mix together potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with cornflakes or crumbs. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
